The pizza was nothing special but did not come with and parm cheese or peppers the pasta and meat balls was a over cooked noodle and meat sauce no meatball. Asked for a 2lt of coke got Pepsi but when you have to spend 50 dollars with tip you would like what you ask for. Don't waste your time. If I dined in I'd have returned it to the kitchen and not paid a dime

Horrible! Cardboard with crappy sauce. Chocolate mousse was an awful tasting cake. Felt sick. Bill was supposed to be $15 but was charged $35. Flyer was under my door at the Comfort Inn at Miami Springs. Big mistake!

Not as Advertised. People I beseech you do not purchase anything from this place, food service is a 1⭐️-star rating, 1 for actually showing up, it should be a zero... On behalf of my uncle: My uncle stayed at the La Quinta by Wyndham Miami Airport East. Upon checking in, the flyer of Franco's Pizza (New York Style) was placed under the hotel room door. Hungry and tried, he placed a large order, which included lasagna, salad, dessert, appetizers, beverage, etc. He was generous with my tip... Not only did they mix up the entire order, but upon calling to exchange the order, they refused, and the customer service, food, as well as the presentation were horrible, totally unprofessional/disgusting, and awful just as there attitude. Also, pay attention to the additional cost ... He called several times to rectify the situation peacefully, but to no avail .

This place is horrible. If I could give this place is zero, I would. I would never order from this place again. Our order was not even right and then when we got it, it looked like the pizza was burning so they just took the pizza cutter and cut off and threw it in the box. OK so my daughter ordered the spaghetti with mushrooms and the mushrooms aren’t even cooked and it looks like it’s just Pile of noodles with a little bit of sauce on them and then it was just stuck in this foil package and it was reheated just in the oven. It doesn’t even look edible and then my husband ordered the chicken wings and somehow they look like they’re not even in Chicken so do yourself a favor and order somewhere else horrible, horrible, horrible. That is why they take cash only they don’t take credit card payments. Run far away from this place. (I used the voice record, didn’t edit it because I’m so mad!!!)

DO NOT ORDER HERE! Order ended up being 10 dollars more than we were told on the phone. The garlic knots were just fried dough with nothing on it. Delivery came 1 hr late. Pizza tastes frozen and reheated. The only fresh thing was the Coca-Cola.
